Do you ever have one of those moments when something happens and you just have to scrap about it? Write it down, document it, scrap it now!? That happened to me last night. My darling little girl was put to bed at about 8pm. I was in a lot of pain, so I was laying down trying in vain to feel better. At about 9:30pm, she comes hesitantly into my room. Climbs up into bed with me, and proceeds to start chattering away. She was trying to make me feel better. We talked about everything and nothing. It was so sweet. We had an entire conversation. It reminded me so much of what I used to do, and still do, to my Mom. I still go visit my mom and climb into bed with her and start chattering away. I had to scrapbook this. My little girl is special and I want to share it. Kids are absolutely amazing.

An Amazing Dream

Journal Entry: In what I hope will be the first of many, you came in my room tonight to hang out and talk. We actually had a conversation. The subject didn’t matter, it was the closeness I felt with you. The same closeness I feel with my mother when I curl up on her bed to talk. You told me all about your dreams and what you wanted for your birthday. Your happy chatter was a gift. Thank you.
If you’re a fan of We are {Storytellers}, hurry and get your shopping done this weekend. The store is closing Sunday forever! *sniff* I’m a little upset by this; they are one of my favorite digital shops.

What a beautiful memory to scrap!
